At Total Communication Service Inc. we appreciate our customer's business and understand how important our customers are to us. With that in mind, we offer extensive customer support that cannot be matched. All our clients will receive and can expect On-site help for the following:
- All General Service calls and Troubleshooting will be handled in 48 hrs or less.
- All Emergency Service calls and Troubleshooting (i.e no dial tone, telephone system down) will be handled in 2 hours or less.
- In addition to that, all Problems that can be handled remotely without On-site help will be handled in 24 hrs or less.
